4.DELIVERY

• The order is processed after the payment is made by the buyer, about which the buyer will be informed by e-mail. The product or service is shipped after the payment is credited to the seller's bank account.

• All payments on dantekrone.com are carried out via the Dotpay Settlement Center or direct payments to the bank account.

• The seller executes the order for the shipment of physical products immediately, no later than within 1 to 7 business days from the date of receipt of the payment to the bank account. The exception may be events and campaigns before the sale of products or services, then the order is processed at the time specified by the seller.

• All digital products are delivered electronically via the email address provided by the user when purchasing the product or service.

• After placing an order for a given service, the ordering party is obliged to make an advance payment of 50% of the total amount. From the moment the advance payment is made, work on the execution of the order begins. After delivery of the final product, the ordering party is obliged to pay the rest of the amount for the given service.

5.RETURNS

For this purpose, he must submit a complaint to the contact email. In response, he will receive a form that must be completed, signed, scanned and sent to the contact e-mail address. The refund will be made to the bank account from which the purchase was made within 14 days, after receiving a signed document with the product to which the complaint relates. In the case of visible signs of use, the complaint will not be considered.

• Digital Products - Applies to e-books, MP3 recordings, and other digital products that you download directly to your computer. Digital products in this form are not subject to complaint. The website is not able to check whether the user, despite all declarations, will actually remove the product from the disk or not after the complaint. Therefore, please think carefully about the purchase of a given digital product. This does not apply to products from a higher price category (over PLN 100) and online courses and training.

• Online courses and training - Digital products that are located on the administrator's servers or under his constant control. The user has the right to return such product within 30 days from the date of purchase. For this purpose, he must submit a complaint to the contact email. In response, the user receives a form that must be completed, signed, scanned and sent to the contact email address. The money will be refunded to the bank account from which the purchase was made within 14 days, after receiving the signed document. After finalizing the complaint, the course user loses full access to it.

• For digital products that the user downloads to disk, the website recommends that you back up the product. In the event that a digital product is lost, the administrator can resend it, but is under no obligation to do so.

6.COPYRIGHT

• The user has the right to store a copy of his product on a computer or other media that gives him the ability to use the product in the case of digital products.

• It is not allowed to distribute products, make copies, use in an illegal manner, modify, share, sell. It is also forbidden to distribute or advertise products for commercial and promotional purposes.
